Measuring microscope

With the optical 2-axled-measuring microscope, measurements
of precision assembly parts, films and plates and /or printing
can be accurately performed. Data processing follows by
means of the powerful multifunctional computer QC-200.
An optimal documentation and archiving potential is guaranteed.

A paper strip exerted upon the checking surface is drawn over
the superimposed and hardened printed image at a constant
speed with a defined weight. The paper strip length (cm) serves
as a measurement of the abrasion resistance, and is run through
until the print substrate becomes visible.

The abrasion resistance of the printing-ink can be
measured e.g. as:
- “high abrasion resistance”
- “normal abrasion resistance” and
- “low abrasion resistance”

Inspection systems:

Inspection systems serve to check the measurements and
position of printing in mass production and / or the
measurement review of mass produced parts at the
goods received control.
